Get Day AI is a service of Dr. Nova Day LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Marietta, Georgia.
Get Day AI provides AI-powered business services including but not limited to: AI receptionists and voice agents, AI Search Visibility (GEO) audits and services, workflow automation, AI prospecting systems, business planning, revenue projections, acquisitions consulting, speech writing and speaker tools, and grant writing services. Specific service terms are provided in your service agreement or engagement letter.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Services are billed as described in your service agreement. Consulting and setup fees are typically due before service begins. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled per your service agreement.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI agent training data developed by Get Day AI — is the property of Get Day AI / Dr. Nova Day LLC or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute without written permission.
Deliverables produced for you under a service agreement are governed by that agreement. Our proprietary systems, frameworks, and methodologies (including but not limited to the Revenue Loss Audit, the 5D Framework, AI receptionist architectures, and the MIND Reset™ framework) remain our property.
The Site and services may integrate with third-party platforms (currently GoHighLevel/GrowthHub365, Twilio, Google, Shopify, and others, subject to change). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
No guarantee of results. AI services provide tools and systems; business results depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.
Not legal, medical, or financial advice. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only.
Site provided "AS IS." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Day AI / Dr. Nova Day LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Get Day AI / Dr. Nova Day LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
